In accordance with the
Policy for Handling Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) Complaints Regarding Unauthorized, Paid Representatives, on January 5, 2015, the IRB issued an
Interim Order prohibiting Artem Djukic from representing or advising any person in connection with any proceeding before the IRB while his paralegal licence is under suspension by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Any inquiries regarding this Interim Order should be made in writing to the Registrar of the Refugee Protection Division, Central region.
