On January 5, 2015, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) issued an interim order prohibiting Artem Djukic from representing or advising any person in connection with any proceeding before the IRB while his paralegal licence is under suspension by the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC). In light of recent developments at the LSUC and at the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, the IRB has now issued an order cancelling the interim prohibition.
