In accordance with the
Policy on Disclosing Information Regarding the Conduct of Authorized Representatives to Regulatory Bodies, on September 27, 2018, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) issued an
Interim Order prohibiting immigration consultant and member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), Smedley Prescod, from representing or appearing on behalf of any person before any Division of the IRB, whether for compensation or not, until further order of the IRB.
Any inquiries regarding this Interim Order should be made in writing to the
Registrar of the Division concerned.
