The Policy on Court-Ordered Redeterminations is re-issued with consequential amendments to bring it in line with the new terminology of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Board Rules. The policy standardizes the selection of decision makers when the Federal Court refers a matter back to the IRB for redetermination and requires priority review by Legal Services.
