In the past, in cases where claimants have had rights of appeal of a Refugee Protection Division (RPD) decision to the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), a paper copy of the RAD Appellant’s Kit has been provided to counsel where claimants are represented.
A paper copy of the RAD Appellant’s Kit will now be provided directly to claimants whether or not they are represented by counsel.
