As of March 1, 2016, the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) will introduce an administrative change related to the cancellation of a stay of a removal order under subsection 68(4) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). A notice has been issued by the IAD to explain this change.
