The Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) of Canada has begun using outgoing correspondence templates (forms) with a new look and feel for all RAD correspondence. A number of forms in both English and French have been revised and simplified for ease and speed of use. This is one step to improve the ability to track and manage electronic case-related information.
